What we do

  • AI program delivery

We run AI programs from requirements to go-live. We turn requirements into use cases, plan the build and keep delivery on track.

  • Architecture and technical authority

We review designs before they reach production. We set the standards teams build to and sign off go-lives.

  • Bids and proposals

We review technical and commercial proposals for AI and digital programs, so they are clear, priced right and easy to score.

  • Fractional CTO

We step in as an interim or part-time CTO. We set the engineering plan, fix delivery and build the team.

National AI and digital programs

We consult on some of the UAE's largest national AI programs. We know how these programs are scoped, bought, governed and delivered.

How we work

  1. 01

    Senior people only

The person you meet is the person who does the work.

  2. 02

    Short, clear scopes

We agree the problem, the output and the timeline before we start.

  3. 03

    Plain reporting

You always know what is done, what is at risk and what we need from you.

Products we build

We also build and run our own AI products. It keeps our advice practical: we use the same tools and face the same trade-offs as our clients.
