About
Alex Gvozden
Founder, Highly Performant · Abu Dhabi
I'm a technology leader with over 25 years in the field, 15 of them running teams. I've built and led teams in enterprise software, defense and commercial AI, large digital transformation and fast-growing startups.
Today I consult on some of the UAE's most significant national AI programs, helping organizations turn ambitious mandates into working technology.
I started Highly Performant in 2025 to bring that experience to more teams. I also build my own products, findajobandrelocate.com and Tamarind. Building keeps my advice honest.
